Senex Fire was incorporated in Sri Lanka in late 2008. which is an old, established Dutch trading and manufacturing company. When SENEX was incorporated, we started with NIL customer bases in Sri Lanka. To day we protect most of the prestigious companies. List of today customer base is appended. Apart from the engineering staff, we have field sales force and now we are in the process of expanding the Field Sales force to cover a wider area. Having nearly 50 companies to compete with, we are very proud of our entire team, who dose better than all the others adding at least two new customers to our list in every week. Our policy to do only what we can and capable of doing. We never try to do things we can't do.
As we do only the equipment and systems to EN requirements, our customers are limited. They are the one who is more concern about the protection for their Investment, Property and their employees. They also like to know the development in the field of fire engineering. UK and USA have the best R & D facilities in this field, where we have the easy access.
Quality policy
All products marketed and services provided by Senex fire carries minimum of 12 months warranty from the commissioning date. In certain cases we provide 24 months warranty for manufacturing defects. All the materiel and equipment use or sell are tested for quality, before delivering or commissioning. Free periodical inspection is provided during the warranty period, intervals are mutually agreed with the client.
